No kidding! I am so unbelievably grateful right now that I have central a/c. My last condo was on the top floor of a brick building that had a black rubber roof. It also only had windows on one side, so no crossbreezes. Oh, and no a/c except for a crappy little wall unit in the kitchen (???) that basically did nothing. Miserable.
