let there be lights......please!

The light fixtures that I originally ordered for the half-bath back in Mid April are STILL not here.  Well, they came, but they were the wrong ones.  New ones were sent, but only were shipped today, with expected delivery of next Tuesday.  Natrually, the other lights (the full bathroom) aren't on a critical path, and those were shipped on time and perfect.  Naturally. 
I'm just tired of having a floor lamp connected by a big heave orange powercord in my newly orange* bathroom


And people wonder why all of the construction projects I work on have the clause "No Demolition of existing facilities shall occur until ALL material needed for repair/renovation has been received".


*no, the orange of the walls and the orange of the cord aren't the same....

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who has lived with those ugly orange extension cords everywhere.

And to think that vacuuming is a nightmare for me. ;)
