damn that looks cold

I was just going to bitch about how frickin' cold it still is (um....high of 42 today, same for rest of week.  Where's spring?!) but instead I'll post a pic that my friend Jay sent me.  He's in Afghanistan for a few months helping rebuild (or in most cases, BUILD) utilities.   Tell me this camp doesnt' look cold....and yeah, those are the Himalyas.
