vernacular_lifebeen meaning to document the few that I've read lately...these were Dec/early January's books. I've got a huge pile waiting for me at the library! whee! 2009 will be a big book year for me, as will at least the first half of 2010...
1. Away, Amy Bloom - good airplane book, as it was travel-y, but I just wanted it go stop moving for a while...
2. American Wife by Curtis Sittenfield Really enjoyed this, but not as much as I liked Prep.
3. The Mysterious Benedict Society - Trenton Lee stewart
AWESOME fun YA fiction. kind of potter-esque, with a bit of Lemony Snickett.
