I really adore the Golden Globes -- they're casual, speedy, and full of emotion without being stuffy. The Oscars should really take note.

I really adore Laura Linney's hair. Must save a pic of it for my 'dream hair' file.

Not really surprised by much yet, but squealed when Anna Paquin won for my fav new show, True Blood. I think the only true drama thus far was who would accept on behalf of Heath Ledger.....

I feel the same way about the Globes. When Sting gave out the music award so early Dennis was asking why no one had played their songs yet. He forgot they don't do that extra stuff.

I love Laura Linney.

I've still got about 7 episodes left of True Blood on the Tivo. And all of John Adams.
