Judd was in the middle of this chase when going into work this morning.
We see so many motorcades in the DC/Balt area that a big black truck going 80+ driving down the middle of the road with police behind it doens't usually raise an eyebrow, but if its a pickup instead of a navy Suburban, and there's at least 50 cops following it, yeah, that's different.
Judd did wonder what would have happened if he'd not gotten out of the way and forced the truck to crash into him.....I said 1) he'd have a VERY angry wife.
