Ipod workouts
May. 1st, 2008 03:14 pmI know a few of you have used those subscription based (audio) Ipod fitness routines.....anyone have any experiences they'd like to share? Sites they recommend?
I'm primarily looking for aerobic-based ones, but consider myself a fairly experienced exerciser who gets quickly bored with the same-ol-stuff. I'll be fine sticking with a routine/plan for about 2 months or so, the look to something new. I don't have access to gobs of fitness paraphernalia (no bosu or The Firm bench), but have a treadmill, bike, rowing machine, elliptical, freeweights, fitness ball, heavy bag, and step equipment. [heh....no, not my own except for treadmill and Smith machine, but all of the stuff is at my office gym]
