I've always loved Waterford glasses -- when it came time to register for wedding stuff, the only thing that I was adament on was having crystal wine glasses and flutes.  Fine china and silver cutlery were nice, but I'd rather just have my Mom's when the time comes.

That said, this year's 'celebrations' flutes have come out.  Previous years were things like love, hope, peace, etc. and didn't really appeal to me.  However, this year's Success is beautiful, and I may have to splurge for Valentine's day!

Ebay is great for picking those up occasionally -- I've been finding my brother's china in bits and pieces from a dealer in England for about 60% off the MSRP. Takes 2 months to arrive, but hey, what's the rush now?
