For the first time in I dont know HOW long, I've sort of exceeded my fitness goals for the week. I had a sculpting/weight class today that I already know will be KILLING my arms tomorrow.
Goal: cardio or weight 2x week; yoga 2x week
actual: cardio/weight 3x; yoga 1x
Dropping a pumping session at work is my kick-in-the-pants for getting back on the fitness train. I need some major toning and sculpting, not to mention loosing about 15 lbs to relieve the ache in my knees.
weekend goals:
saturday: 1' walk
sunday: 80-90" yoga
to be honest, the hardest thing to fit in is yoga practice 2x a week. I dont have a great space at home that doesn't have carpet. I've been using the entry to our bedroom for the weekend, which isn't bad, but not the best. I need to also dedicated a hour on Tuesdays at work to practice.
so how am I going to celebrate?
By making pizza* tonight. Yumm-o
*sausage and mushroom, naturally
