class theme last night was buoyancy, and how one is SUPPOSE to move, breathe, lenghten, and lift through the asanas.  The constant little movements, coordinated with breath, really allowed me to hold poses a lot longer (prayer twist was amazing!)

didn't do that many new poses last night, but had a real connection with breath and got really deep into some poses that I've always had trouble with (reverse triangle for one!)  Still am hopelessly weak with Chaturanga, but that one comes with practice!!

Noticed some good progress with backbends - really getting some good arching these days.


Goal for this weekend is to practive on Sunday for 1' 20".
