vernacular_life1. I caught a few minutes of Howard Stern this morning and cannot believe how full of himself he's gotten. I heard him say something like "The top news story in the WORLD is that I'm moving to Satellite Radio and my current company is honoring my contract!" Um, not really... I use to not mind him, esp when he had celebs on, but the 15 minutes i heard this morning were completely insufferable.
2. I thought that an ad for something called The Librarian was a joke........until I saw a tv ad for it. Really? Noah Wylie as a Hero Librarian, out to save the world? That looks SO bad.
3. I am in love with the Zutons. You may know them from a Levi's ad where the girl is chased by the dog & she takes her pants off.... funky rock w/ a bit of avant garde with horns, accordians, etc. fun fun stuff.
4. I saw the end of Love Actually earlier this week and had forgotten how sweet that movie is, despite its sappiness. I'm annoyed that only the import version of the CD has the kid singing "All I want for Christmas is you" and neither has the christmas song that's part of the story ("christmas is all around us")

(I love him) Ha - I suggested Noah or Aiden as a middle name and my husband protested "you mean the hot guy on E.R. and the hot guy on Sex and the City??" I really wasn't thinking that....(mostly)...I just like the names!
Yeah, Love Actually was full of sap, but still likeable. That's odd about the Cd.
