shopping, mars and amaretto

vernacular_lifeStopped by the mall with Ben yesterday afternoon to use the $10/$30 coupon from Childrens Place that was burning a hole in my pocket. Bought ahead for next fall/winter and got 3 turtleneck onsies and 3 sweaters (one for cousin Liam) for.............$33. SO if Ben ends up not wearing a sweater, I'm not gonna cry.
Avoided All Things Bush last night and instead feasted on a new Veronica Mars. Really over stoopid character of Piz. But SO hope that they keep the new cute boy (Royston? Bronson?) as a semi-regular character. He's droolworthy, in an Adrien Grenier/slow lazy smile kind of way.
Finally, as my cold/coughing has made it hard to fall asleep previous nights, I self medicated with a nice tumbler of amaretto before bed. Fell asleep with no coughing............but woke at 2 hacking like I had TB. So THAT'S where Robotussin really works. ah, to sleep one night without being woken by either Ben or myself.......
