Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé!

Its the third thursday of November, so let us drink cheap young wine with bugs in it. (well, that's how it was in Germany....)

We're heading to an uncorking party tonight at Copra. Cheap chilled red wine is a perfect partner for brick oven pizza, no?

hi! the wine wasn't bad -- there wasn't the 'bite' or mouth puckering dryness that it occasionally has. Perfect for pairing with a thin crust pizza or tomato-y pasta dish.

AND my ultimate test for ANY wine: 4 glasses and no headache!
