lets make today better than yesterday....
Feb. 14th, 2006 06:45 amFrom when I got home, the day just went pear shaped:
1) When I let Sammy outside to do his business, he decided to find something disgusting and foul and roll around in. That meant instant bath in the tub. He hopped right in and wasn't bad, but still, bathing a dog in the bathroom isn't my idea of fun. Judd couldn't find anything in the backyard that might have been suspect, so maybe he was playing in the snow and fell on an old poop. that's my dog!
2) Unloaded dishwasher to find that there's still an inch of water sitting in the bottom of it. NICE. do NOT need to deal with malfunctioning kitchen appliances. The 3 obvious problem areas all checked out okay.
3) I ate a fingerful of sugar cookie dough and promptly lost a crown on my back tooth. I was able to stick it back on, but do NOT want to deal with the dentist today.
VD plans (should) include our annual afternoon tea at swanky hotel. Boo that this year I'll avoid the Tea Royale, which features champange and a huge bowl of strawberries covered in Chambourd or Grand Marnier. I may make Judd get the champers and split a glass.
