IWhile at first I resisted, 've really come to appreciate the organization manner of gmail.
I wish MS Outlook would let tag emails with keywords, then archive them in multiple places with the touch of a button. 

would make managing work emails SO SO much easier.  sumike, can you put a word in for me? :P

K ~ I can't remember where you left off with the PDA situation but you can only sync 15 categories with Outlook and Treo.
