urgh.
my office is moving downstairs. I've been in my current location for 5 years. One accumulates a LOT of crap in 5 years, most of which is going directly in the dumpster.

Today should be fun - friend Janaki from San Franciso is out here this week visiting her brother & I'm playing hooky for a few hours this afternoon to have lunch/go shopping/hang out in the backyard with her. It will be another opportunity to go and drool over the china cabinet that I want, as her brother lives right next to my favourite furniture store. (Will order cabinet as soon as I can confirm that it will match the table that I'm eyeing at another store)

Judd took Sammy to the vet yesterday - the normally hearty appitite dog isn't eating well and is back to his random barfing that he use to do when he was little. Vet prescribed some acid reducers (Doggie Zantac?!), an antibiotic (in case its a bug), and gave us 5 cans of prescription canned dog food. Its no shocker that he's wolfing the canned stuff down. I'm just worried that he's not going to go back to his Nutro Rice + Lamb when his 'sick' time is over.....spoiled pooch!

Moving totally sucks. I've only been here for 4 years, and I cannot even imagine having to move everything. Ugh.

Poor Sammy! I hope that whatever he's got passes soon and he goes back to his normal, crazy self. :)

Last time Beacon was sick we were given a doggie version of a pepto pill. It worked wonders! I hope Sammy starts feeling better and doesn't get too spoiled on that special food.

It was from the vet. We got a little pill to give him in the morning about 30 minutes before feeding him. Then we were told to see how he goes and if he seemed to need more (no more than two a day) to keep giving them to him. We still have a few pills left.

I'm already starting to worry about packing up my desks at work. There really is a lot of crap.
