We have moved 7 cubic yards of mulch in the last 13 hours and still have 7 left to do.
That is all.

(BTW, we have 1500 ft2 to cover.  according to the estimates, we needed 14 cubic yards.  we'd have been FINE with 7.) 

ETA: 
1 cubic yard covers 100 square feet spread 2-3 inches deep
9 bags of material (3 cubic foot bags) = 1 cubic yard
1 cubic yard=27 cubic feet
1 cubic yard of topsoil weighs approximately 2000-2800 lbs

Ew, I can just feel it. We only used 5-6 bags around our yard, and that was plenty for me. I hope we don't have to do it again for a very long time!

Wanna come and help us pick up 750 square bales that weigh 75 lbs? It' so much fun, I tell ya, you'll be missing out on way to much fun, bucking those 75 lb bales all the way up onto the flatbed trailer. LOL

it must be mulch season!
i can't believe how heavy that shit is....

I don't mind hard labor at all, but I'm 'forbidden' to shovel right now, which kills me.
