Advice on new gym shoes/trainers
Feb. 8th, 2005 01:08 pmMy current pair of running shoes are shot & desperately need replacement.
I have a pretty narrow heel, and tend to overpronate (roll feet out)
I don't really run that much (maybe 2x a month, and then on a treadmill), but do a lot of time on an elliptical trainer and do a lot of kickboxing and step classes.
The current pair I have (Asics GT 2040s) are really comfy & I have no complaints, but they're running shoes & think I might need something with more lateral support for the kickboxing.
I'm willing to spend up to $100, but would like to try to stay around the $60 mark.
