not quite the look I was going for.....

i need to either a) get more sleep or b) get made up with more lights on, as today I accidentally used one of the makeup brushes that I typically use for blending eyeshadows for applying concealer. Gray smudges under my already dark circled eyes and edges of my nose really wasn't the look I was going for today. Back in 9th grade when I was into that ghoul/goth look it would have rocked....

What's sad is that this is the 3rd time in recent memory I've done this.

clean daily? hahah.. I'm lucky if I clean yearly! (I will clean if I do a wacky bright color, but mostly I stick to the gray/mauve/maroon/brown family so just kind of smudge them out)


The brush I like best for eyes lately is actually the Bare minerals concealer brush, which is why I had the problem. I use a smaller concealer brush from Essential Minerals (dont like nearly as much)

I guess I'm alone (well, not really, as I know a lot of make-up geeks who clean their brushes daily), but yeah, I clean my brushes after every use (I use a brush cleaner solution I got on youtube from Enkore). Every once in awhile, I'll go two uses in between cleanings, but I freak out then...haha.

I like that concealer brush too, but you use it for your eyes?!? Interesting...
