I know its nearly 2 years old, but whenever I listen to Surfjan Steven's Illinoise, I get John Wayne Gacy stuck in my head and end up humming it throughout the day

he dressed up like a clown for them / with his face painted red and white

Damn you, Surfjan, for making such a haunting, yet hummably song about a serial killer.....or is it?????

I always think the same thing! It's probably one of my favorite songs on the album, and I get all guilty for "loving" a song about a serial killer.
