the weekend was a bunch of domesticity -- the weather was nice, so spent all day yesterday cleaning out the back porch and putting in the plexiglass inserts. We'll be getting the fireplace repaired in early December, so we might actually be able to use it this winter, but I still be that the porch will be freezing.

Otherwise, a pretty boring, but nice, weekend. Watched Van Helsing on Saturday night (not great, but everything's pretty good in HD), and spent yesterday afternoon going through old magazines, cutting out recipes, and filing them appropriately. Up side is that i've got a nice long list of new recipies that i'm dying to try!

Good lord is my life boring.
