PC organization help?

vernacular_lifeWhat would you call a service/person who comes and 'cleans up' your computer? My parent's computers are a mess - bizzare organization, backups stored in some weird way that only my engineer father can understand ("bu-k-p-5-02" means backup of katherine's photos she emailed us in May 2002) There's weird duplicates of everything copied from 2 PC's ago and their harddrive is a complete mess.
They don't have any problems with viruses or crashing or anything, but NOTHING is intuitive on their machine. My mom says that if my dad dies, she'll have no idea where to find things on their PC.
Also, how would one guarentee confidentiality/security when hiring someone with all of the quicken and turbotax that's done via PC these days? I was thinking of posting an ad on craigslist in their area to find someone.....or is something like "geeks on call" better?
