Hypnobirthing?

Long shot here, but has anyone taken hypnobirthing classes or know someone who has? I've read a ton about Bradley, but want some real-life experience stories from HB'ers

I believe that pleiades829 (aka Saathei) did hypnobirthing with her twins. She ended up having a sec, though, I think. But I'm pretty sure she did the classes.

A friend of mine took hypnobirthing classes. I wanted to, but didn't because a) I decided too late and b) I always planned to have an epi.

I will say that my friend, who is ALL natural about everything (being a vegan), ended up with an epi because she had back labor. I had back labor and that crap's nasty. BUT, had she had...front? labor, she'd have been hypnobirth queen. I think it's a great thing to take the classes to have the techniques at your ready should you want them.

Also, I honestly think that had Em not been posterior, I might have been able to handle labor better, myself.
